Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Xenotrixa LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order. If you choose to cancel the order, a refund will be issued for the product cost, provided the item is returned to us in its original condition.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Xenotrixa LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your leasing office, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us.
