30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or packing slip).
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original, sealed packaging, unless they are defective or were incorrectly shipped. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers given our product niche in cleaning and sanitary goods.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Xenotrixa LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@xenotrixa.com.
Exchanges
We typically do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will cover the costs for return shipping and replacement for such items.
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Our orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our return policy.
